The management reserves the right to refuse admission. You will not be permitted to enter and/or remain on the premises if:

• You do not respect the premises, staff and other visitors.
• You are carrying an object that may cause harm to people or property.
• You consume or are carrying any type of drug or psychotropic substance.
• You are inebriated.
• You do not meet minimum standards of personal hygiene.

 

Admission with pets

Trained and well-behaved pets over the age of one year are permitted in the following parts of the centre, unless an activity is currently under way: Information Point, Courtyard, transit areas, and the Terrace.

 

Complaints

Complaint forms are available if you wish to report an incident. Article 24. 2 of Law 17/1997 of 4 July of the Regional Government of Madrid on Public Entertainment and Recreational Activities. Organic Law 1/1992 of 21 February on the Protection of Citizens’ Security.

 

Energy saving

As part of its commitment to the environment, La Casa Encendida has implemented energy-saving measures to limit air conditioning to 27C and heating to 19C.

The building is also fitted with automated doors and relative humidity controls.

These measures comply with Royal Decree-Law 14/2022 of 1 August on Economic Sustainability and Energy Efficiency Measures.

Your data will be kept for a maximum of 15 days (except for a security incident). They may be shared with the law enforcement agencies in the event of a security incident.
